We take gluten free preferences very seriously and are proud of our extensive gluten-free menu. We recognize our customers can have Celiac Disease, have non-disease intolerance to gluten or are choosing to restrict gluten from their diets for health and diet preference purposes. In the United States, about one in every 133 people have Celiac Disease, and we feel it is important we provide a favorable dining experience for all. Our restaurant has over 50 gluten free menu items, including our favorite ribs, brisket, BBQ chicken and grilled seafood and beef options. We hope our variety of gluten free options turns you into a frequent customer, as we make it our priority to make sure you won’t get bored with our menu. We also have an abundance of gluten-free sides to compliment your main course selections. Additionally, our hot and mild homemade BBQ sauce is gluten-free and is separately bottled for purchase at the restaurant or on our website store.
We request our customers inform us of their diet allergies and sensitivities, and if they are allergic to gluten when they order, so we can manage their order with serious attention and alert our chefs.
