This is one of the better BBQ places I’ve found in New England…good food, reasonable prices for the amount you get (good sized portions). Unfortunately, there does not exist a place in New England like I frequented when I lived in the south, but this is as close as you will come in a restaurant around here. — Sharon P.
Yummy-family-owned-off-the-beaten-path-Americana-¬B.B.Q.-honky-tonk-deliciousness. The food is amazing and it’s such a cute ambiance. Love, love, love it!!!— Hannah L.
Prepare to eat when you come here. It’s out of the way and looks like it’s in a mostly residential area, but is absolutely amazing. Anyone who says that they didn’t like the food cannot possibly actually like barbecue. The ribs are amazing, the corn bread is massive, the mac and cheese is great, the mashed potatoes delicious, and we ended with some really good key lime pie. It has a very homey atmosphere and quite casual – plastic plates and utensils, paper cups, and popcorn and peanuts to eat while you wait for your meal. Great for smaller groups, no reservations necessary, also adorable for a date if you’re both into racks of meat! — Jill C.
