The smoker also has a grill on it also so have a BBQ your guests will be blown away by!
You can pick up the smoker the night before your even or we can deliver it to you for an additional charge. We will provide detailed instructions on getting it set up. We also provide the spices and a selection of our own BBQ sauces.
Pigs roast 5-11 hours depending on the size and we will provide you a thermometer along with other tools to track the cooking progress.
The rental fee for the smoker is $350. The pig can be ordered in weight ranges, which feed 50-125 people. There is a approximately 50% loss in meat from the cooking process.
