The smoker also has a grill on it so you can add other meats to your menu, and have a BBQ your guests will be blown away by.
We will deliver the smoker the night before your event and will provide detailed instructions on getting it set up. We also provide the spices and a selection of our own BBQ sauces.
Pigs roast 5-7 hours depending on the size and we will provide you a thermometer to track the cooking progress.
The fee is $350 including the pig which can be ordered in sizes which would feed 50-200. There is a 50% loss in meat from the cooking process.
